With ferry boat from the port of Pireus you reach Methana. The trip duration is 2 hours. From Methana you reach Vathi by car, taxi or bus in 10 minutes.

If you have a car you can go to Vathi from Athens in about 2 hours.

Following Attiki road and then the National road Athens-Korinthos, after the Isthmus, turn left towards Epidavros (Korinthos Exit B' - Epidavros).

Drive for adout half an hour and reach the crossroad to Epidavros. You will see the signs to Poros or Spetses isl. Turn right and under the bridge left.

You continue the trip watching for the sigh which says Poros. At that point you turn left to Poros.

After 25 minutes you reach Saint Apostolous, a crossroad which right goes to Poros isl and left to Methana. Go towards Methana.

You will pass from the village "Metamorfosi" and down the road you will reach the norrowest spot of peninsula of Methana, which is called Kolones. At that point turn left and in 5 minutes you will see Vathi.
